About our teachers
Our lead educator brings 26 years in Education, with leadership and pedagogical instruction across all grade levels and learner ages, and a Master degree in Education (qualified). Pedagogy is based on concepts of psychology and neurology.

Digital products & subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel renewal at any time. Unused time in the current billing period is generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.
Live courses & private lessons
- Cancellation 48+ hours before the session: full credit or refund.
- Cancellation within 48 hours: session may be forfeited or credited at our discretion.
- If we cancel, you receive a full refund or free reschedule.
Institutional packages
Quoted packages follow the terms in your agreement. Deposit refunds depend on work already delivered.

Privacy policy
How we handle personal information.
Data we collect
Account details, contact information, order history, recruitment materials (CVs and job posts), consultancy requests, and technical logs needed to run the service. Lesson recordings only if explicitly enabled and consented.
Classroom & video
Live sessions may process audio, video and display names through the classroom provider you configure (built-in console for demos; Daily, Twilio, Zoom or private Jitsi in production). Hosts should only admit expected learners and should not record without a lawful basis and notice.
Use
To deliver services, process payments, improve products, and communicate about your account. We do not sell personal data.
Browser storage (this demo)
Until a server is connected, cart, orders, session, form inbox and site setup are stored in your browser (localStorage). Clearing site data removes them. Production deployments should move this to secured databases.
Processors
Payment and video providers (e.g. Stripe, classroom hosts) process data under their agreements when connected.
Your rights
Request access, correction or deletion via Contact. Retain orders as required for accounting. You may also clear local demo data from your browser settings.

XAG only displays a status once it has actually been earned from the named provider. Where a check has not yet been performed, this page says so plainly rather than implying a claim that hasn't been established.

Common questions about classes, payments, recruitment and this site.
Open Fusion Analytix → choose group size → pick a course → choose a schedule slot → enter as Student or Teacher. You can add the course to the cart and pay at any time.
Sign in with your teacher account. On Fusion step 4 or Classroom, choose Teacher (host) and click Mint host token. Students join with the room name only — no token. Production tokens come from your video provider (e.g. Daily) once configured in Dashboard → Site setup.
Start as Teacher (host). In the participant list, use mic/camera controls per student, or Mute all. You can also spotlight or remove a participant from the host console.
In our secure database, not just on your device. Your CV is tied to your account and shown to approved schools only after you personally approve an introduction request — your email and phone number are never made public. Schools manage their job posts and candidate pipeline under Recruitment → Manage recruitment.
USD, GBP, CNY, EUR, JPY, THB, VND, KRW, IDR, SAR, KHR, MMK and LAK appear in the header selector for display. Live payment providers settle in the currency you configure with them (e.g. Stripe).
Demo checkout works for now while live card/Alipay/WeChat Pay payment is being finalised. Once that's switched on, checkout will confirm your order immediately and grant class access automatically.
Share the room name or use Copy invite after the host starts. The invite link opens Classroom as Student with the room filled in.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in form to get a reset link by email. If you don't receive it, double-check the email address you signed up with and check your spam folder.

This is the real system (separate from the legacy "Class schedules" panel below, which is the older local/unenforced grid). Courses and classes created here are live immediately — seat capacity is checked in the database, not guessed on-screen.

are all automatic (see xag_referrals and the trigger on
xag_orders) — nothing to do here unless something looks wrong.
Attendance
Every confirmed enrolment gets its full lesson list generated automatically. Click a lesson number to cycle scheduled → attended → absent → scheduled. A parent can also self-report an absence from their own dashboard. Site policy: no refunds and no course extension for a missed lesson.
Student intelligence — teacher panel
Per-student progress notes, ratings and a combined timeline (attendance + feedback). Today this is used from the admin console; the moment a second teacher is set up as a signed-in account linked in "Teachers & revenue share" below, the same write access opens up to them for their own classes (already enforced in the database, not just this screen) — nothing about a student's other teachers or families is ever shown.
English level test — results
Every completed placement test, newest first. Nothing here can be spoofed by the student's browser — scoring happens server-side.
English level test — question bank
Add, unpublish or delete questions. Unpublishing keeps a question out of future tests without touching results already scored from it. "Listening" questions are written dialogue transcripts for now — no audio pipeline is built yet.
Teachers & revenue share
Built ready for multiple teachers — clash-protected (the database will reject overlapping classes for the same teacher), qualification-gated, and with the revenue split already calculating. The split is not tied to real payouts yet — that only matters once real payment keys are in and a second teacher is actually earning.
